A great family resort where we stayed with our 8 month old for 9 nights. The hotel is well maintained, very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A vast choice of buffet food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the views from the top floor are amazing. The hotel is only 20 minutes from airport and you have Sargarme market which is few minutes in a taxi and only costs 5 euros if you want buy some souvenirs/fakes. Totally recommend this hotel for families

Very disappointing experience, particularly considering what we were charged. I was traveling with my two 12-year-old children. Through Expedia, I was charged an additional €189 because they classified the reservation as three adults, bringing the total for the night to approximately €575. Yet the room provided had only two single beds. The third “bed” was simply a chair that unfolds flat and was extremely uncomfortable, even for a child. If a hotel is going to charge the full additional-adult rate for a 12-year-old, I would expect appropriate sleeping accommodation for that third guest—not a chair. At the very least, this should have been clearly disclosed before the additional charge was imposed. The pricing became even more frustrating when extending our stay. After considerable negotiation, I still paid approximately $450 for the following night for exactly the same room and sleeping arrangement. It felt inconsistent to treat my daughter as an adult when determining the price while providing her with sleeping accommodations that would hardly be considered suitable even for a child. For these prices, I expected considerably better value, transparency and comfort. The hotel should be much clearer about how additional guests are charged and exactly what type of sleeping arrangement the third guest will receive.
