"I had a great stay at the b ginza. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Ginza, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transit. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, especially considering typical Tokyo sizing. Staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and the overall experience smooth. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel at a reasonable price in Tokyo."

"Besides the breakfast which we had at the world buffet, hotel was good. Breakfast included multiple varieties, however nothing really was a highlight. We reached at 945 and food was almost gone. As last order was at 10 am which was ample of time to refill, however items weren't refilled. It was very expensive from that perspective. We paid in full and didn't receive the variety. "

"I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel. It’s the first time I’ve graded a hotel with a negative review, and it’s a shame because it’s a 4-star establishment. Despite the hotel’s claim of having air conditioning, it’s completely non-existent. They use a central system that is equal to nothing. They had to give me a small fan. This is the only hotel in my entire trip that lacked air conditioning, and it was even worse because there was no bottle water in the room or coffee as a gift after getting used to receive this in all hotels, with less stars. To make matters worse, some of the staff were incredibly rude. The lady who checked me in was unpleasant, and the women who served breakfast were equally rude. I would advise anyone considering staying here to look for other hotels that offer all the amenities. "
