Safe and tucked away next to some apartments. Room was clean and big - the bed was very nice. Breakfast was absolutely trash but for the price of the room being clean and nice you cant beat it.

Great over night stay. Good breakfast

The staff was very nice and understanding. We told the valet that we'd have to leave early in the morning before the valet employees start their shift and they left our vehicle up front with the keys at the front desk for us to pick up in the morning. The room was clean and quiet. And the hotel was within walking distance of quite a few things.

I didn’t get the email or realize I was waiting on an email until almost 4pm and I called and it was sent to me. Before that, I had 2 different addresses. When I booked, Expedia showed an address closer to nationwide arena on long street. No such place existed. The address we ended up going to was not within walking distance to nationwide. Not like the one I thought I was booking was. Once checked in, we were in a hurry and had to put the shower curtain back together which is wobbly and could fall again at any moment. The ac only works in the bedroom.
