"Room is very clean, property is very clean. Have to pay for paddling separately and the fire alarm was set off for the first to how’s so we were stuck in the lobby because the rooms are all on the 49th and 50th floor. The elevator system is very confusing at first since it is all an online check in system so there is no one to ask unless you call the help number. As far as the room it was very well kept and had a beautiful view. Right in downtown so it was a fun walking area for breakfast the next morning but that parking fee adds up quick so be aware of that. "

"The room keys were given to me at check-in. I was give 3 sets of keys that never worked. I was told I was called later in my room and did not answer, but the phone never rang for 2 1/2 hours we were in there. I came back down when we left for dinner and was given a new set of keys (#4) and when we returned those did not work. I went back down again from the 6th floor and my wife was always stuck outside the room. When I went back down I was told I should have stopped at the desk and made sure my keys that were given to me the 4th time worked. No "I'm sorry" but it was my fault. The management to told me they did not have my number to call me while I was out, but when I checked in they asked for my number and email. The other room I booked under my friend's name was a rewards member and they knew we came and left together. The 5th set of keys worked and by then it did not matter because we sleeping and leaving the next morning. It was frustrating and not handled well at all. The maid was cleaning the room next to our room (done with ours) and even she made my wife stand outside the room. she watched me go up and down the 3 times in the beginning when I went back and forth on the elevator from the sixth floor. It was not our fault yet she had just been in that room and knew it was empty, I showed her my keys and number written on the back of my card holder. She still left my wife stranded outside the room the whole time. The customer service for that situation was not good. "

"Cute, little boutique hotel located just north of downtown Dallas. The location was perfect for our needs. Easy to get to. Hotel was clean and front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms are small, but were clean and well appointed. The best part is the rooftop Monkey Bar. Lovely tequila bar serving cocktails and appetizers, with a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the downtown skyline. Drinks are on the pricey side, but it was a very nice place to have a nighcap. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Very nice property rooms were clean and welcoming felt like we were in a little apartment the whole place was pretty quiet I didn't see anybody only when I was checking in. Location was in a great spot. "

"The room was clean and a great size for the price. Everyone that we talked to and that worked there were great.Walking distance to everything cool downtown and tons of food options. Only negatives were that the wash cloths were discolored and we were freezing the entire time because the thermostat didnt work."

"The room was good. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a great selection but only had 1 person making omelets, so the line was long. The managers reception was good. Had chips & salsa and some other snacks & you got 2 complimentary drinks from the bar. But once again only had 1 bartender and had to wait in line. It reminded us of being on a cruise. Overall we had a good stay. I would recommend it. "
