The property is clean. Staff excellent and helpful. Only complaint was breakfast - cold room and courtyard with heat lamps that were never turned on. The cups and plates, food and people all cold and uncomfortable.

The interior design of the hotel was traditional. Our room was huge, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was centrally located to the pickup points to the different tours. I also loved it that everything was conveniently located nearby: laundry service, convenience store, supermarket, and pharmacy. I availed of several massages at the massage spa located inside the hotel. I want to make special mention of the fruits they have available at breakfast buffet: mangoes, papaya, passion fruit, melon, and even gooseberry. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.

Rooms clean. Staf, Marie e Jessica eran exceptional. Breakfast were very basic. The hotel inside is very cold. Our room was very small for 2 persons. One queenbed. The hotel . outdated. Close to nicecrestaurants and plaza de armas
