We were all pleasantly surprised by the resort. During the time of the booking it wasn't easy to find enough information but the minute we checked in, I was reassured we had made the right choice. Everything from the rooms to the overall ambience and facilities of the resort and from the restaurants to the mall next door were of the highest quality. The whole team was very accommodating and supportive in all our needs Andalus is offering service and experience punching above it's weight

I’d book again if I come back to Abu dhabi

We didn’t have breakfast. The room was excellent and was cleaned service was excellent. Had a problem with flys but that was solved immediately on request.

One bedroom was big. No "in hotel" restaurant as such, but restaurants on site. The Italian restaurant is where they do breakfast, but not until 7am which was too late for me. No bar, which was OK, unless you want an alcoholic beverage. There is a supermarket next door to buy breakfast things and food if needed. Kitchen utensils were limited. 2nd floor room had low water pressure for shower. But adequate. It was fine and I would stay again, but may not be first choice.

Massive room

Amazing place and the rooms were huge! We had a 3 bed room and it had a lounge, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Lovely location and the heated pool is amazing.

Good value to price for ADIPEC Conference. Free morning shuttle to Conference. On-site pool and gym is a plus. Good selection of separately run resturants around hotel premesis. Large sized rooms with reasonably comfortable bed, work desk, outside patio area. Rooms include sink and refriderator with kitchenette style counter space and cupboards. Rooms are a bit dated and bathroom shower water pressure is "loopy", which is common in older hotels that lack regular maintenance, or knowledgable maintenance staff to check and correct boiler pressure balance valves or booster pumps. An inconvenience, but not major issue. All around solid 3 stars considering the much higher cost of accomodations elsewhere during ADIPEC Conference. Should this hotel management spike pricing up to similar sky high prices during event, it's a definate pass. However in this case, at the value to price during ADIPEC it is an acceptable choice and hotel management is smart to keep prices reasonable during the event.

Second time ive stayed at this hotel. A very nice complex. Good restaurants and shopping facilities. Really good pool area. Rooms cleaned and changed every day. Will stay again.

A nice retreat in Abu Dhabi

Overall, pleased with our stay. The connected shopping space nearby was convenient to buy some beverages and picnic food. The gym was much better equipped than many similar level hotels and the Lebanese/ Iranian restaurant had both great food and service with pleasant outdoor seating available.

Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! We stayed only one night, so we cannot comment much, but the mall seemed vibrant and the pool very nice.

We had a very spacious room with balcony. Pool area was very clean and quiet. Taxis were easy to order. All of the staff were very friendly. There are good restaurants on site but there is no alcohol available if you want a drink.

Perfect for families

It's a nice find in the city. Convenient location, quiet, big gym, with several dining options around. There's even an Owl Cafe. The resort isn't posh, but the rooms are huuuuggge. I stayed in a one-bed and it had a large living room, kitchen and a private rooftop deck. Kitchen has all the amenities needed. This would make a great place to stay for long trips.

Everything was boxed off, gretal with family and younger kids, feel safe, plus nice big resort, dining was limited so had to. Catch taxis for meals however easier alternative to. Order online. Abu. Dhabi is nice place, much quieter a slower then dubai.

I had been considering this hotel for quite some time but was always on the fence. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Are they the nicest rooms in Abu Dhabi? No. But the room was clean and spacious (it was a full one-bedroom apartment with a massive terrace) - the staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely book here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Al Seef Resort. The hospitality was excellent and the staff were always willing to accommodate my request. The place itself was a surprising concept. A mini community of well furnished and extremely spacious apartments. It was like home away from home. The resort had various interesting amenities and dining options and an excellent shopping mall of really delightful shops. Children’s play areas, a library and swimming pool including a spa retreat centre were just a few of the delightful amenities available. A lovely oasis of harmony, tranquility and beauty that would appeal to groups as well as families with young kids and singles also. I will definitely be back to the Al Seef Resort.
