Rooms were beautiful, especially the Creek View Junior Suite. Every staff member went out of their way to offer any assistance they could. Had dinner twice in the CuiScene buffet. Perfect for the grandkids (15 months and 4.5 years).

Outstanding service and exceptional staff Despite experiencing some inconveniences during our stay, what truly stood out was the outstanding professionalism, kindness, and commitment of the entire staff. Every issue was handled with genuine care, efficiency, and a clear willingness to help, always making us feel heard and supported. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, showing a level of service that reflects true hospitality. Situations can happen anywhere, but the way the staff responds makes all the difference — and in this case, they did an excellent job. Special thanks to the management and all team members for their dedication and customer-oriented approach. The room was spotless. But its dated. We would like to have had more hooks to hang clothes for steam ironing. The staff in all areas were courteous and warm. Solved issues without delay. The beach and the pool area are lovely, but again some of the beach chairs and umbrellas are showing wear and tear. Food at breakfast was excellent and a great variety of choices.

The experience at Fairmont exceeded all our expectations! Hospitality was very good , the room was always clean and accessible! Also the service from the crew was very friendly make you feel like home the whole time ! From the entrance untill the front desk everyone is with a smile and try to help you at all times! It's great to see this nowadays! We will definitely choose to come again!

Excellent hotel. Beautiful spacious room with an amazing view of the mosque across the water. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. The restaurants were all excellent. The only complaint was the check in. We arrived before 3 pm and the room was not available until about 3:15 pm.

The stay was amazing all the amenities were really good. The pool for small children is really great. The food was very average. The breakfast buffet was very overcrowded. Other than food everything was great

#### Fantastic stay 

From the greeting through to leaving after our stay truly stunning. The staff can’t help you enough. The restaurants and bars choice is great, amazing quality coupled with great service. The pool area is well maintained and relaxing. Rooms are high in specification, well maintained but the team and perfectly clean. The housekeeping Staff really look after you. I’ve stayed here twice and can’t wait to come back, loved it.

Wonderful stay with the family, large room with wonderful views of the sea and Grand Mosque. Very comfortable, clean and good breakfast. Enjoyed a meal at the Italian restaurant.
