The window had wood blinds that were nice but!!!!!!, that let light in. No curtains to blacken the room. Street light pollution bled through. The staff are very nice . Difficulty sleeping

This is a lowkey guesthouse with some nice rooms (and some, not so nice ones), helpful staff, easy parking, and a great location right by Wilton Drive. The first room I stayed at had a king-sized bed on the 2nd floor. It was nice, quiet, and clean. The AC worked perfectly and there was a ceiling fan so I loved the room temperature. Shower was also fantastic. The second night, I stayed in one of the standard queen bedrooms, which left much to be desired as far as cleanliness, conditions, and privacy (it shares a bathroom wall with the lounge). If you stay in one of the better rooms, you should be fine.

Proximity to Eataly and the Brightline was excellent. They were our pupose and this place fit the bill.
