« Night shift attendant was disrespectful and lying about my dog barking all day. Each time I had stopped by to check on my dog I couldn’t hear him from the parking lot all the way to the door to us opening it. He’s a German shepherd with a loud bark too. We believe someone had attempted to get into our room to get a reaction like that. Would not recommend anyone with pets. »

« There was a disgusting spill just outside the elevator on our floor that talked down the hall. We told the front desk. The young woman said she would clean it up (she didn't) like she was the only person working. Same next morning when we checked out. The mess was still there which we mentioned as we checked out.... »

« The room was great, clean, comfortable bed, window shades and curtains blocked out all of the light. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as expected. Excellent location off the loop with quick access to highways 30 and 35W. »

« This room was like a cool little studio apartment. The air conditioner was great because I feel like sometimes it's limited by the property but it let me set it as cold as I wanted to. »

« Endless supply of fresh ground coffee, excellent connectivity and coverage. Breakfast eggs poor sausage poor, baked goods cereal orange juice cranberry juice excellent breakfast adequate. Extra quiet spacious room with small seating area and bar height desk with seperate light was a nice touch and made working in the room excellent. There was a nice common room on the 2nd floor with meeting nooks and comfortable furniture. Over sized board room, with breakout rooms were very business...

« Rooms are very small. New updated look to them, but nothing special. Our tv has lines through the screen but was able to still see any show somewhat. No phones in the rooms to call front desk, which is just one younger gentlemen by himself everyday. It's very basic. Nothing extra. We didn't expect it to be nice and fancy though, just a place to shower and sleep. We where out the door by 10am, and back nightly after 11pm. One night there was a bunch of drama in the halls from a group of people...

« Facility is in need of major repairs, maintenance and basic cleaning. Room smelled like someone had just finished smoking something very potent in there, despite it being a “smoke free property”! Pool was “Closed” despite looking operational. Juice machine was “out of order” and no alternative was offered to drink with breakfast. Even the water dispenser was empty for the entire breakfast period, despite customer inquiries. No microwave in breakfast area to warm up water for the plain...
