"There was no body wash or bath soap, no make up wipes, and appeared to be mold in the grout in the shower. Other than the thing listed above it was nice! "

With what the room cost expected more/ better. Not a good value. Certainly not comparable to other Hyatt Regency hotels I’ve stayed at. Photos on Expedia must be old, from another era. "

"There was a convention of bunch of high schools. Lots of kids running around and making noise at late night. They put us in the vine tower with all the kids were. Wy husband had to call concierge to complain about the noise.? "
