"The hotel looks like it used to be nice but has fallen into disrepair. It’s also dirty and none of the staff speak English. It was $140 for a night which is about as expensive as it gets in Eastern Europe but this felt like a hotel that should be in the $20 to 30 range. "the hotel is overall ok, the spa facilities are small but convenient especially the kids pool. additionally the kids club has a very nice program and the girls there are enternaining the children all the time which gives a little free time for the parents."

"Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee machine for proper coffe (as opposed to only fruit tea and nescafe sachets with whitner powder). Drinks in the hotel were also a bit pricey (although this was the case throughout the resort). Overall very pleased."
