The owner is very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and comfortable. Very close to the main street. Lovely rooftop patio. Elevator small and slow but thats ok. Breakfast was basic continental but good selection. Overall good value for the money. We were here before a cruise. We could see the ship from the roof.

We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely upgrade to our room! The hotel rooms are wonderful. Very comfortable and quiet.
The lagoon is right outside the front door and is stunning at all times of the day.
It is a bit of a walk to the main square but easily doable.

Wonderful hotel, situated in a perfect location. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops within five mins walk. The waterbus pass was €30 for two days to travel anywhere and anytime to Venice, Murano or Burano. The location is about five mins away from the water bus station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. We really loved the stay in Villa Laguna

The property is beautiful and so well thought out in regard to design and finishings. Room and bed were fantastic. Neighbourhood is excellent as it’s just outside the busy tourist area but close to everything and excellent galleries. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The hotel is conveniently and literally located a couple of minutes from the vaporetti station so that from the airport you're right at its doorstep once you alight the water bus. It means you don't need to drag your luggage through the narrow cobblestone streets and up and down bridges in Venice which could be challenging for some. You're also away from the crowds in Venice and the accompanying hubbub but close enough that you're there in 10 minutes.

Check-in was prompt, staff were friendly & efficient. Hotel was quaint & beautifully appointed in its lovely waterside setting. The room was small but comfortable.
