"Location is superb! only a very short walk to the main shopping street (Rundle Mall) as well as Central Market. Adelaide zoo & botanic gardens are less than 30 min walk away. Tram and bus stop and railway station are all very close by. Around the building, u can find restaurants, casual eateries (e.g. Subway sandwich) and even a 24h mini supermarket.
