"Cool vibe and unique property. Clean room and comfy bed."

"I had a room with 2 queen beds. I stayed on the 16th floor and the view of the mountains was perfect. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a refrigerator in the room. A microwave should be added instead of having to go downstairs to the market to use theirs. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as a grocery store around the corner. The staff at the front desk as well as the restaurants and gift shop were very friendly and helpful. You do have to pay to park either with their valet service or in the garage. I chose the garage which was $20 daily. This property is in a great location here in downtown Phoenix. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a great time with our two kids! The suite style room was great, we loved the water park, the free parking was appreciated, the restaurant options were great, and staff was friendly! We will definitely be back. "

"The bathroom floor in the handicapped room was very slippery when wet. The pool water was ice cold There were not enough chairs near the pool for everyone staying at the hotel. Only once in the 6 days I was there did I get a seat by the pool (and that was only one chair). The gym is very small The WiFi was sporadic Not a pleasant experience overall "
