« I wasn’t given a room with a bathtub as requested. I had to go back down to the desk. She changed the room but the key didn’t work because she wrote the wrong room number on the card. Back down to the desk again to find the right room number. Very friendly but not very good first impression. I also wasn’t made aware when I booked the hotel that there would be a fairly large security deposit at check-in. »

« Our family needed a place to call home for almost two months while our home was being completed. This home is just perfect in every way!!!!!! It is warm, inviting and absolutely comfortable. Ruth is the best hostess ever! She was delightful, responsive and really cared about the quality of our stay on a very personal level. The backyard is breathtaking....pictures cannot do it justice. « Total gem of a find. Offers two rooms if needed but only books one family at a time - this is a five star accommodation with excellent hosts who go above and beyond to help you. »

« Everything about this visit was top rate! The B&B was clean, comfortable, (even has a theatre room!) and welcoming. The views from the patio are great in the morning and at night. You can sip your wine around the fire table and watch the sun set over the mountains. Dennis and Janet are warm and pay attention to every detail to make your stay remarkable! »

« The cabin is older but was very clean and homey! We enjoyed our stay immensely and had everything we needed (extra pillows and blankets, cooking supplies, etc.). It was very convenient to everything in town, and also close proximity to a cabin further up the mountain of family we were visiting. »

Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. »
