"First time staying in Omni was a good experience. It was a nice hotel and we stayed for a day it was very nice we paid for a premium king bed room but unfortunately the AC did not work so we called the front desk and they helped us to a different room and we were lucky enough to get a suite! It was an awesome staff to help us from that little issue. I’d definitely stay again. First time stays get a complimentary drink or coffee and it was nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. "

"I had such a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Market Center! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and of course, the famous warm cookie — such a nice touch after traveling. The lobby and common areas were clean, modern, and inviting. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-kept, with a super cozy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The amenities were great — plenty of parking, a nice pool area, and a fitness center that was actually well-equipped. What really stood out was the staff. Every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. They made me feel like a valued guest, not just another traveler passing through. The location was perfect — close to downtown Dallas, the Design District, and plenty of restaurants and shops. It made getting around the city easy and stress-free. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Dallas and recommending it to friends and family."

"In a nice small town but convenient area! They were working on some areas of the hotel so strange men who looked at us crazy were always down the hall but luckily my husband was with me. Overall the hotel is 10/10! "
