It has daily train rides as well as special occasion and holiday rides. They have a Christmas ride with Santa on board and a Halloween haunted ride that includes a pumpkin to name a couple. The ride we took was complete with a visit to Mr. and Mrs. Clause, it was a lot of fun and the kids loved it! The owners were communicative and answered a few questions I had beforehand. The neighbors were friendly and a few children staying a few houses down came by to play with them. The sand and water areas were perfect for little children as the water is fairly shallow and calm by the dock. We took the paddle boat out a few times, fished off the dock, and swam a ton.
