« I’m used to hotels having there pool open all night or at least 2am and the bar was also closed too early honestly that’s why I had chose this hotel because of the pool and bar . There was also always a funky smell outside like something roten which was very unpleasant. We were charged for parking and breakfast ; for the 466 dollars a night that I spent I honesty expect better service and more commodities. I will not choose this hotel again.
I was also denied my courtesy margarita at check in...

« Neither of the two toilets worked.the living room and bedroom ceiling fans were extremely dirty . The balcony doors could not be opened. All of the dining chair were loose , and one was completely broken . We were never informed that the street is under construction . One time we couldn’t get are the cars out , and the another time we were told to move cars out because they were goin to work on the entrance . Overall , it was not a good experience »

« this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay. »

« The place was clean, it looked exactly as what is on display online. The walk to the beach was perfect!!! I will say it does not bother me when I am in an downstair unit as it is expected to hear the ruckus of others. The restrooms were very up to date and clean! Kitchen was supplied with almost any appliance needed so that a big plus. The pool and pool area were kept up with, we had the best time. Looking forward to being back soon. »

« Clean rooms, family friendly, 5 min walk to the beach. Excellent location. I stayed a few nights with my family and had an amazing time! The host was very accommodating and they even provided some beach toys that my kids enjoyed playing with. Would love to stay again on our next visit to South Padre island! »
