« This is a great location, walking distance to City Hall & all of the train lines. Super clean and comfortable space with everything you need. Emily proactively provided check-in information and followed up to make sure all was well. She responded immediately when I sent in a comment, although it was not urgent. « Digital locks didn’t work and we got locked out at night and caused a delay in checkout.
We got permission to check out by 12 instead of 10 but got locked out and this caused more delay.
We ended up staying at another hotel as we couldn’t get home by mid.
Host never replied to messages online but we did manage to get their number and called them. However, Technician was fast in getting here and fixing kitchen appliances.

« This property was clearly designed to look good in photos, and the building is a neat concept, but I promise you don't want to stay here.
Upon entering the building, you ascend a staircase that smells bad, looks dirty, and has all the cleaning supplies and equipment strewn about at the landings. I wanted a shower before I even got in the door of my unit.
