"Everything was perfect especially the breakfast my kids loved it they said why can’t all the other hotels we been too taste like this lol we are from San Antonio but just wanted a stay for the pool & being downtown we definitely be back"

"The outside sign identify the hotel is broken, making it hard to Iocate the hotel. Then once in the room there were pubic/other hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the tub. (They are still there to this minute even after room service request) Showing that the staff does not clean well. Speaking of cleaning , one of the room attendants asked if I wanted service and when I said yes, she groaned and looked stressed by the request. Plus she did not vacuum. No other amenities except the breakfast and a soda/coffee bar. Laundry room closed to the public but it looked like the room attendants were using it for their needs? Front desk crew was professional and helpful. Highly suggest that management review their cleanliness and service issues. Other than that this was a room just for the sake of a room. Nothing fancy, affordable, for sure, but not a vacation hotel in my opinion. If you’re looking for somewhere to just lay your head, this is it."

"Great location for walking to Fiesta events and Hemisfair. First time staying here and it seems like a decent value. Burgers are great at their historic Crockett Tavern."

"Nice spacious clean room. Very kind staff. Being elderly and my husband with breathing issues, the Bell Hop was over the top kind. Location was great….near the riverwalk and loads of restaurants and shopping. Only negative…..was the bed was kind of hard for our liking, and the pillows were lumpy. Would we stay there again….yes, for the location and price."

"The hotel sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up and drop us off at the end of our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Popcorn and soda were provided in the evenings for a snack. The breakfast and supper buffets were tasty and satisfying. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired (specifically in the bathroom). We also checked in and had no running water in our room for over 5 hours before being given a new room. However, the location is top notch-a short walk to the riverwalk without the big price tag of staying directly on it."

"I wanted to love this hotel so much more than I did. I think everyone will agree that the elevator situation was beyond intolerable.....slowest elevators EVER and that was when they worked. They were inoperable for most of the week we stayed. We did not request clean towels every day as we do try to be conscious of the environment. But the 2 times we did, we never received more than one washcloth. One upon arrival and one the rest of the week....had to request more every time. The room was spacious though. We are not slobs but the beds were never made nor were toiletries replaced unless specifically requested. Had to catch the cleaning lady on several occasions to request replacements. The breakfast buffet was typical but always well stocked, clean and with plenty of seating. We only used the pool area once but found most of the chaise lounge chairs in terrible condition (ripped & dry rotted) although the seats around the tables were in better shape. The location was decent with a bus stop nearby and easy access to the highway. Overall, we were not overly impressed & doubt we would recommend this hotel."
