« I am from the SE Iowa area and when I come home for a visit I always stay at the Hotel Ottumwa! I've been going there for breakfast since I was a little girl. Best stay around and such a beautiful building. Staff is great and the food is amazing! »

« This is my family's second stay and we absolutely love it! The owners are super friendly and always asking if everything is okay.
The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is good and always fresh and hot.
The hot tub is amazing!

« This was the perfect vacation spot with our 3 year old!! Everything was in one place and we didn’t need to leave. We will be back every year!
I do have some suggestions for management:
-it would be great to receive a handout of all of the activities available at the property. We had no idea about the beach or bike rentals! And it would be helpful to know the hours of the waterpark and restaurant.
-it would be awesome if the restaurant had an option for lunch sacks to allow guests to head down...
