"Modern hotel. Big room. Everything clean. Lovely bath and excelent shower. Good fridge. Amasing view from two windows. Good breakfast. Efficient staff. WiFi works well. Supermarket Lawson works 24 hours and you can walk in it from hotel. Very close to the station, bus terminal and several fish markets. Lovely shopping around and at the station. We wisited several places for day trips. We will come back. Exoedia every time offers good accomodation, thanks"

"Hotel was nearby JR station and located at a quiet area which was away from city area. Staff were helpful but to improve on their English language speaking as they use translator to communicate, very time consuming. Breakfast area was very small and cramped. At time need to wait for a while to get a table. Parking lots were very limited, need to come in early before 4pm to get a lot else to park at next private car parking area."

"I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back after 5 years a little different. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Pillow smells like it hasn't change at all. Curtains has a lot of stains and air conditioning not working well. This hotel need to refurbish or improve on the cleaning. If i return to Hirosaki, I will opp for another hotel."

"The room was small but everything you need was there. Very clean. There is natural spring water bath on the 10th floor which I loved. The relaxing room next to it smelled a bit cigarette. The washing machine is free and the dryer is ¥100 for 20 minutes. The hospital is near by and you might hear ambulance sometimes."

"Very nice hotel, only opened in July 2024 so everything is spotless and brand new. Beautiful decor, modern and earthy toned and our room was spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed. Some very nice and thoughtful touches for our 4 night stay. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant were all very beautiful, with modern relaxing decor and an excellent ceramic collection. "We stayed during a very popular time in Hirosaki, with the cherry blossom festival in full swing. The hotel is a little too far from the station to walk with lots of luggage so we recommend going by taxi. At first they couldn't find our reservations, but everything was sorted. Comfortable hotel."
