"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Dirty linen, I'll politely call it human chocolate on bed covers, management moved us to another room (more on that later), I thought surely what we just experienced must be a one off.....well I checked the bed in the new room, no human chocolate but a nice curly pubic hair. "Excellent Stay Even Under Extraordinary Circumstances. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the room was tidy, comfortable, and very clean. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. I stayed here on the night Aomori Prefecture experienced the 7.6-magnitude earthquake, and the hotel staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They provided clear instructions in both Japanese and English, stayed calm and professional, and made sure guests felt safe and reassured throughout the night. By the next morning, everything was running like normal, which was impressive given the circumstances. They even had the shuttle running to get me to the airport without any issues. Great service, excellent hospitality, and a hotel that truly cares about its guests. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Newly renovated Japanese-style room, eg. tatami, kotatsu table, floor mattresses, etc; lots of antique aspects (it’s an old samurai residence)! Staff was lovely, room is spacious and clean, washroom is clean and modern. The place also has a connected restaurant that specializes in gyoza and it was top notch. If anything, I’d recommend this place on vibes alone!!! "
