"Emergency travel. Hotel was convenient and helpful"

"We booked this hotel because we were attending a basketball tournament. Upon arrival we were not notified that there was no hot water for the entire hotel. We did not realize until we returned from the tournament to shower. I then went to the front desk for more information where i was told the manager was unavailable, there was no estimated resolution and they could not do anything for us. They also mentioned they had received multiple complaints from other guest but still did not inform anyone of the issue. I was told someone from the hotel would reach out to me within 1 week. I still have not heard back from anyone nor has any type of refund or resolution been offered. I booked my stay with 3 children and we did not have hit water for the entire duration of our stay. This hotel was booked for the convenience of location to our tournament and the assumption that BASIC amenities would be provided. Appalled by how the situation was handled. Absolutely would not recommend! "

"Breakfast menu was fresh, but not to my taste. The items were not always hot and you could tell the eggs were powdered. "

"Room was old and tired. Huge stain on carpet. Mattress flat and creaky."

"Nice property and managed by a great staff. Breakfast was good and the parking was easy to navigate. The bathrooms was clean but could use some cosmetic upgrades. I would definitely stay here again. "
