We stayed here 3 nights. With the 1st room, the TV didn’t work. We called the front desk & they said they’d send housekeeping up to take a look at it while we were gone at dinner. When we got back, the TV had not been fixed. When we called down again they said they put in a request to have it fixed in the morning. I asked to be moved bc I like to watch TV before bed. With the 2nd room, the TV turned on, but there was no volume and a window was sitting on the ground. Only a screen was covering the window since the window pane had fallen out. It was cold & rainy out. We were moved again. In the 3rd room, the toilet would run int. like the flapper needed to be replaced. I settled and didn’t want to deal with a forth move. The room was nice & clean otherwise. There was no apology by staff bc of our inconvenience. The front side entrance door that was right below our room had the card slot that didn’t work requiring us needing to walk a further distance to get to our room. Breakfast was very basic with all prepackaged foods of bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and drinks. The pool had limited hours 1-5pm through the week where visitors had to get time slots to go down consisting of 1 hr slots 1-2p, 2:30-3:30p, 4-5p. The pool area was nice, but the sauna didn’t work. I was charged $5/day parking & no one asked if I was even utilizing on-site parking. Staff were nice and accommodating. My overall experience was subpar from my usual hotel experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.
