"We loved the location and the parking was much better than many other areas in the city. Loved that it included parking since it can be expensive. Unit seems well taken care of and looked and smelled clean. Nice decor and stocked the bathroom with Native which my whole family loves. Large grassy park area across the street was nice. We will definitely look to stay here again. "

"Booked a Riverview Room, check in was anytime after 3, we checked in around 4 and room was not ready. Initially told room was Mt Washington view and that house keeping was running behind. Lady at check in could not tell me when room would be ready and that we would receive a text. Asked other concierge and he comped our room $75 at bar/restaurant while we waited. Received text around 5 that not only room was ready but we were given a king size suite with our luggage already in room! Great...

"A beautiful gem! This historic mansion turned boutique hotel is adorable. The original stained glass and carved wood grand staircase are breath taking. Keep in mind this is a 19th Century home, so the floors are creaky and the walls are thin, but there aren't that many rooms so it's not super busy. My only negative comment would be the ability for the room to cool down. It was a little stuffy and in our room the vent really only cooled the sitting area and not where our bed was located. "Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators...

"Selected this property for its location and cool factor. It’s a renovated space with a very unique and cool design. However the layout is very weird when entering and leaving. Never got to experience the F&B amenities because they are not located on what would normally be the lobby floor. Overall great stay. "

"The first thing we noticed was there were no bath towels in the room. Later I noticed there was no complimentary shampoo, but there were two body lotions. It seems housekeeping needs to pay better attention to detail. When I returned to the front desk for bath towels, there was another guest getting his set of towels, too. Cleanliness was okay but could have been better. The hotel is impressively large but doesn't appear to have the number of staff to maintain it. The decor was fancy but...
