"Location was close to downtown St Johns so easy access to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Not too close to be disturbed by late night noise. Property is a little run down but comfortable enough. The rooms have a kitchenette but you have to ask at the desk for any pans etc... The complimentary breakfast is just cold cereal and prepackaged pastries."
