« La chambre était passable et le personnel antipathique. Cela fait dix ans que je séjourne à l’hôtel à Paris et ailleurs et c’est le pire hôtel que je n’ai jamais eu. Mais le plus lamentable, c’est le personnel de l’accueil. Excepté une personne. Toutefois, la chambre était propre et le personnel de chambre était très gentil. »

« Nous avons bien aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel (situé près du centre-commercial American Dream - par contre il faut absolument prendre la voiture - il n'y a pas d'accès pour marcher jusqu'au centre-commercial même si celui-ci est si près de l'hôtel). Tout était bien - le design des chambres serait a améliorer, mais si non le confort et les essentiels étaient présent. »

« Le problème dans cet hôtel est qu’il dispose de deux ascenseurs, mais un seul est en service. Comme ma chambre se trouve au 28ᵉ étage, il faut parfois attendre plus d’une heure pour descendre, surtout le matin. On n’a pas le choix, il faut utiliser les escaliers. Le deuxième problème concerne le petit déjeuner : le matin, il est très difficile de trouver une table pour manger. »
