"l'hotel si presenta con un bel giardino ed un parcheggio per gli ospiti, una discreta hall, ma appena si entra in camera si nota un ambiente visibilmente vetusto, una camera fredda, un bagno molto freddo, una cabina doccia rotta e infissi in legno che non isolano dai rumori stradali. In camera si sente tutto quello che succede nelle stanze attigue. Ultima delusione la colazione, davvero misera, neanche un cornetto. pulizia in genere discreta."

"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. They provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bath robe, slippers and extra blankets and a complimentary beverage. And when they found out I was a vegan they went out and purchased rice milk which was soooo kind so I could have cereal in the morning. "Difficile recensire un hotel che non è un hotel. Le camere delle mini strutture posizionate all'interno del cortile della struttura principale del ristorante/hotel. La pulizia, a parte qualche segno di insetti schiacciatti sul muro, non era male ma il resto non ti da le sensazioni giuste per dormire rilassato. Il personale non dimostra per niente di avere alle spalle nessuna scuola alberghiera, ultima cosa la colazione(compresa) pagherei per evitarla."
