We ordered off the menu for breakfast - good food and very good service. The bar in the lobby looked nice and was lovely. Only complaint was front desk staff wasn’t welcoming. We would return again. »

« Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, dishwasher, paper towels, rags, garbage can and bags. Parking was easy there is an overflow lot for extra cars. Room was clean and presentable no complaints, staff was decent. I did however add my extra guest as a person to check in for me through Expedia since they were arriving by before me and they told them their name wasn’t on the reservation when they arrived and could not check in for us so that was my only quarrel. »

« We had a deluxe condo suite booked and paid for at the Wilderness resort in Wisconsin Dells. Upon arrival, after being given the runaround, we were told we'd been relocated to hotel off sight. Our deluxe condo with kitchen living area and separate bedroom turned into a double queen hotel room. And, we were charged a resort fee. We weren't given a suite even though they were available at the hotel. Extremely dissatisfied. »

« We stayed at Delta Grand Resort room (Vegas Baby) and overall the condo itself had potential, but the cleanliness was disappointing. When we arrived there were cobwebs in the right-hand corner of the entryway and the floors did not look like they had been swept or mopped. We also noticed cobwebs behind the bed and a visible handprint on the window between the bathroom and jacuzzi area. The bedroom also had a stale smell and the unit just didn’t feel fresh or properly cleaned. I honestly feel...

« Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room.
