"Even before we walked in the door, the staff had begun to demonstrate the superior level of their service. Parking even our tiny car was a challenge due to the narrow street, but two of the staff arrived almost simultaneously and got us parked with ease. Superior service continued with each member of the staff and management, making our stay easy and most enjoyable. A part of what made the service so exemplary was the positively delightful friendly demeanor of them all. A special nod to Ermina at the front desk, for making us feel as if she were welcoming us into her home. Luca at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating for our every need. Each day started in the most upbeat and uplifting way as we were greeted each morning by Luisa. She is the embodiment of a genuine warm soul. But the accommodations were wonderful as well, we enjoyed our room very much. I truly hated to leave."

"This property is located away from the busy city area in Siracusa, about 20mins drive to the city. However, the accommodation offers easy parking (right outside the accommodation) which is free. It’s a small property but the kitchen serves amazing dinner (need to the staff knows on the earlier in the day as they will prepare the dinner). The menu changes every evening. Breakfast is served in the common area facing the pool and the sea. It has an amazing view. The only unfortunate thing is that we booked the room category with panoramic view and was given a room with no view. The reception informed us that Expedia has overbooked the 2 panoramic room types and the hotel didn’t see the issue until we check in. As the other 2 families who booked the same room type have already check-in, we were only left with a room that has no window and no view. It was very disappointing. The reception compensated us with a free dinner on the first night. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation. It’s clean, staff are friendly and the towels smell so good!"

"This is probably the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed. I have written many reviews and never have I ever had the pleasure to write such a glowing compliment about a place we have stayed . We spent only one night here, but we have been overwhelmed by the hospitality of the hotel staff . We were greeted by Giuseppe at the front desk who upgraded us to a suite and very kind. The room had the view of the front garden and swimming pool- it felt serene. The bathroom had great selection of toiletries and the shower was very comfortable. We went to the spa which is honestly spectacular . We took the hammam treatment and Paulo did a great job . He informed us that he has been working in this spa for over 10 years and really takes care of the spa like it’s his own . Then we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we were blown away by the hospitality of the chef’s team and Santoni our server. Every dish was meticulously prepared and they really took care of us with no compromise of service and flavour. The stuffed ravioli was a taste sensatio. The breakfast was yet another spectacular event. The hot eggs and pastries were exquisite and Jimmy our server was kind and attentive and took initiative really look after us. Isobella at the reception was lovely .The thing we took away from staying here 1 night is that the staff love their job and it is because of this dedication to attention & professionalism in every tiny detail that makes this the best hotel we have ever stayed."

"We had a lovely stay at the property - the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the hotel really went out of their way to ensure our stay felt special! It was a great base to explore Noto, Modica and Ragusa. The only downside is you need a car as there’s nothing within walking distance of the hotel."

"Our stay was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located close to Syracuse and close from the beach and excellent restaurants. The rooms are comfortable the surrounding is beautiful. The food is exquisite and above all the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place. "

"Beautiful property located 10 minutes from Ortigia and the city of Syracuse, best to have a car. Grounds are impeccable and you can easily spend your days by the enormous pool. Breakfast is great and staff is pleasant. Rooms are super clean we smelled the cleaning products as we walked in. Air condition unit seems to need some maintenance, but still worked. If you are looking for great beaches and have a car, this is the place, within an hour or less you are at the isola delle correnti (southern most point of Italy) or San Lorenzo beach and Fontane Bianche all beautiful beaches. Recommend to anyone looking for places to explore or to simple soak up the beautiful weather on this pristine property."
