« Hôtel bien situé, près d'un centre commercial. Il est très bien sécurisé, l'appartement super bien équipé, la literie confortable. Juste deux soucis, certains équipements demandent à être remis en état mais rien de trop gênant. L'autre soucis c'est la caution qui est débité, elle est rendue rapidement après le séjour mais un peu gênant avec le taux de change. Bon échange de communication. »

« Un bon hotel pour un séjour avec des enfants. En été de preference pour profiter des espaces piscine et jeux d’eau. Les activités proposées par l’hotel sont interessantes, je conseille l’initiation au patinage sur glace et la preparation d’une pizza. Par contre, si vous voulez etre au calme, passez votre chemin 😆. Heureusement, les chambres le sont 👍 »

Sinon appartement climatisé et relativement propre à l'arrivée. Piscine agréable. »

« Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved when sat on. Drawers missing from cabinets and I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights - no bedside lights provided. Price was reasonable though considering only a few hours stay with10am...

Le restaurant de l'hôtel était bon et les tarifs corrects, le seul bémol était que nous voulions réserver une table pour 20:00, et la personne en charge nous à bien fait comprendre que nous devions venir avant 20:00, ce qui n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais le ton de cette dame n'était pas...

Le monsieur de la réception s'est aussi montré très sympa. Donc, pas un logement inoubliable, mais pas le pire non plus »
