"I really enjoyed this property. The room was perfect, the gym had a Peleton (which I love) and the breakfast was plentiful. Everything nice, new and clean. The only problem was when I forgot my room key and only had my phone with me. The gentleman at the front desk said I had to have a drivers license before he would give me a replacement key. I confirmed everything about the reservation (MY name on the booking, how I booked, etc) I told him that I my wallet was in the room, but I had a digital drivers license. I showed it to him, but he didn’t accept it and said it wasn’t valid. I believe this was because it wasn’t the Louisiana Digital license that he was probably familiar with. He could see that I’m from a different state, but he still wouldn’t accept it. Luckily, my husband had his wallet so the guy finally gave us a key. I really could have done without this on a day where we were hurrying to the airport"

"The room had a musty smell and there was trash left over from pevious occupants, water bottles, pocket trash. the beds were made but if felt like a lesser brand hotel. did not expect this from a marriot chain. I would not stay here again. I almost left the property."

"There was a toothbrush under the from previous guest. The chair at the desk was broken. There was a pair of earring earrings underneath the desk from previous guest. There was a pill on the floor between the desk and tv stand/ fridge holder and dresser. The light in the bathroom did not work. The freezer did not work ."

"We booked this hotel late in the evening after a day of delayed flights and our original accommodations elsewhere were bust. The staff was wonderful. Lobby, hallways, vending area, elevators etc were all very well lit, organized and inviting. Room was clean and the bed and linens were extremely comfy. Since we checked in close to midnight we asked if there was any possibility of a late check out and we were accommodated far more than expected. We will hands down book this hotel next time we are in the area."
