They do not tell you their policy and then confirm they received your request, but never apologize. Receptionist hangs up the call and then doesn’t answer just to later say “you got cut off”. Our room was not as bad. It was clean. But their reps need better training. They are dealing with paying customers. "

"Love the Hotel because is convenient close to everything and its clean most staffs are helpful except for JR. He is at the front desk. Has no manners, no empathy, and its not helpful at all. Some amenities, which weren’t much, were adequate at best. No soap dish in toilet, beds were hard, pillows ok & ac/heater SUPER loud while active. Over all our stay was OK but we won’t be booking again unless it’s for overnight stay only..PS, elevator was temp, out of order & stairs were not nearby. Nor were there any signs indicating location, which is risky in the event of an emergency"
