The people are very nice and helpful and the energy is great here. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Multiple restaurants, Walgreens, Publix, even a mechanic. The dock is quiet with tons of aquatic hobby stuff and my dog was welcome here. It’s more like staying at someone’s guest house.
