« la literie est très déficiente avec un matelas coton tellement mou et tombant au sol qu'on ne peut pas dormir convenablement. La cuisine mal éclairée (manque néon sous meubles hauts) manque d'éléments élémentaires pour cuisiner : casserole assez grande, ustensiles de cuisine, verres (au moins 4), poêle anti-adhérente, manque de produits d'entretien pour nettoyer la cuisine ...Douche inexistante avec jet minimum sur mur opposé, une pomme de douche reliée à une prise électrique pour chauffer...

« May was a great host. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit and she had us back inside in 30 minutes. Very clean, but a little dark inside. 3 capable Air Condirioning units kept things comfortably cool. »

« great location; beautiful view; great pool and outdoor area. it really is not a 3 bedroom, the "3rd bedroom" was more of an office with a pull out couch. Our daughter was not happy but we made the best of it. Not a lot of privacy since the second bedroom entrance you walked through the "3rd bedroom" unless you walked outside.Otherwise was great! Thoroughly enjoyed St John. »

« Everything was outstanding. From the first commumication to checkin, to the stay itself. Everything was amazing. The property management was 1st class. Nothing is ever perfect, so when we had small issues, they were super responsive and fixed things immediately! Shoutout to Brian, the maintenance guy. He was aweasme. We could not have asked for more. The property is stunning. The bedrooms spacious and nicely appointed. The kitchen was used a lot and we found it extremely functional. 2...

« Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology. »

« The room wasbeaautiful. Clean and spacious. The room included a smart TV, coffee maker, small refrigerator. The shower is a huge walk-in space. Carol was so helpfully. She arranged taxi service for us, recommended several restaurants that were ithin walking distance. Please do expect a lot of steps on the property and around the area. You are above Charlotte Amalie right next to the 99 Steps. Don't miss a sunset from the roof top pool area. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay...
