"Sandringham is clean and has everything you need - staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very old and is showing its age. Weekend breakfasts are delicious and filling. Very convenient to train station and Principality Stadium. Bars in area can be noisy at night."

"The hotel was all we needed for our concert in Cardiff but a word of advice. if you need a taxi into town use uber . Taxi company number given by reception The taxi didnt turn up dispite being reassured by company twice it was minutes away. Gave up after an hour late"

We had some awesome chats with lewis in particular during our short stay and can see hes destined for big things in his life! "Near the town centre so very handy for a night out The bar in the hotel closed at 9 so had to go to town anyway and couldn’t use bar earlier as there was a private party there Well worth the money and will definitely go there again in the future "

"No information about how to access the building. There's no desk attendant or any staff there and the phone number given the choir that I call Expedia to get verification that I have a confirmation. I was outside on a cold rainy night trying to make phone calls to get in."

"There was only 1 small thing that i would have preferred a window that i could open at night I only had a set of french doors The room was very hot and i read leaflet saying heating on 24 hours so we turn all heaters off at 3pm when we got there On returning room still hot so a window would have been perfect "

"First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
