Overpriced for very basic accommodation. There was no room service at all during our stay which I find unacceptable when paying £100 per night. We stayed one night for a local concert at Caldicot Castle. The owner/landlord is so friendly and welcoming (and the staff). Great food at lunch - The steak and ale pie is excellent, as are the home cooked chips from locally sourced produce. Lovely quiet, comfortable and clean room with mini fridge, kettle and coffee/tea available. Great breakfast.
