Its built into a hillside so all entries are stairs. We had snow, which we look forward too but outside entries iced up leaving the interior garage stairs. The stairs inside the garage are narrow and steep. You get used to them but theyre tricky for the older crowd. It was very clean and had all the accommodations we could want in the kitchen. We were very happy and would stay here again in a heartbeat! The only thing I would mention would be what another reviewer said - you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the rest of the rooms (kitchen, living room, bathroom). We were a group of five and that seemed like a perfect number for the space (although theoretically I think it can sleep ten). If you plan to cook for larger groups you should bring some of your own pots and pans, and paper plates and utensils (the kitchen does have some things, but not enough for cooking for more than 3-4 ppl).
