Made sure to tell us not to ask them where the pool is (idk why because I was well aware there wasn't a pool and never even breached the subject of a pool???) but neglected to tell us that there is only staffing until like 8 PM or so with a kiosk you have to go to when your keys stop working randomly on the last night of the visit at almost 1 A.M. There was no staff present to contact, just a phone line with what was an obviously overwhelmed remote service worker who said "well how many keys have you gone through already?!" Uhh??? Just the ones I was given at check in??? That randomly locked me out at 1 A.M? Every person I spoke to sounded like they were annoyed they had to talk to me."
