"We had a wonderful time on Sebec Lake, house was perfect for our family of 5. House was just as described, with a breathtaking location on the lake, the afternoon sunlight just sparkles on the the water. "the third bedroom is adjacent to underground garage and smelled strongly of dust, mold and mildew. We were all afraid to stay in the room. The air was thought to be unhealthy. I had to sleep on the living room couch. Some bulbs were out in the bedrooms and living room. Overall everything else was fine but the fact that the downstairs bedroom was not livable forces me to withhold any future recommendation for the home."

"This property was absolutely wonderful. It was so very clean and well stocked with everything you can think of that you would need or want! The location was great, so very peaceful and quiet. "The house and lake are both beautiful. We rented a boat, tied it to the dock and spent a terrific week on the water. We used the grill and pizza oven and enjoyed the outdoor shower. The owner provided us with everything that we could need and was super helpful. This is a remote location but perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful little cabin in a lovely secluded location. Clean, comfortable, extremely quiet. The only issue we found is - the hot water heater is horribly undersized. Any more than one 10-min shower and you’ll be taking a COLD shower! Lovely retreat for a couple, but a shower together? Out of the question! My wife and I took AM/PM shifts on the 2nd day after it took my breath away on day 1."
