The hotel was great. Good to see that The Mission is is on the up. The local restaurants on Valencia St were interesing. Overall San Francisco felt a little shabby comparing to visits there some 20 years ago.
Super Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, beautiful area. We loved it!
I had picked an upgrade on their website which increased the price a bit, but upon my arrival received the normal room wasn't happy about that. Expedia adjusted this by giving me a 200 dollar credit for my next trip we'll see how that works out. The hotel isn't a high end hotel but I didn't pay a ...
Not much to say. We arrived there at 8pm and left at 4am. The room was very nice.
The rooms were comfy and clean with microwave, paper plates, bowls, utensils and paper towels. Wonderful full hot breakfast and cookies in the evening. The wifi had trouble but it was stormy. The staff was friendly.
I expected more airplane noise, but was pleasantly surprised by almost none. One thing tho, by the outside appearance I expected a more "GRAND" hotel entry and expected the hotel staff to wear more attractive clothing and be more outgoing and pleasant. Staying near or in SF is always a downer for suburban people. The cost of hotels and parking KILLS me. I really enjoyed this stay because it was a reasonable price, clean and in a safe neighborhood, parking was FREE!! and it was only 10 minutes from the middle of the city. The breakfast was really ...
We loved room but had loud neighbors from 2:30- 4:00 they kept us awake. Didn't think there was anyone at desk to call. But loved the bed it was so clean and comfortable
You don’t have to empty your wallet just to enjoy a wonderful trip to San Francisco.
You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and unique culture of San Francisco and still have money left over for some sourdough.
One of San Francisco’s most legendary landmarks, the Golden Gate Bridge, is free to explore. There are walkways on both sides of the bridge, and you can stroll nearly 5 km across the Golden Gate Strait to capture that perfect moment when the San Francisco fog begins to lift, revealing the city. Stick with the theme and head to Golden Gate Park next. This 1,000-acre public green space bears a striking resemblance to New York City’s Central Park, but Golden Gate Park offers a charm all its own. After exploring its lush trails and quiet waterways, you’ll work up an appetite, so why not grab some dinner at the Beach Chalet? Located at the western edge of the park, facing the Pacific Ocean, the Beach Chalet’s cuisine features salads, seafood, and burgers to start. You won’t go home hungry!
San Francisco is a city that loves its food, and you’ll want to sample all of it. Book a 2-star hotel in San Francisco to ensure you have plenty of spending money left over. A cheap hotel deal will leave you with enough funding to head to Fisherman’s Wharf, where you can sample clam chowder in a sourdough bowl, or fresh-caught crab. Fisherman’s Wharf is also the place to snap pictures of the iconic sea lions that take up residence there, as well as find souvenirs for your loved ones.
Make sure you’ve got the funding to spend on those souvenirs (and more food) by booking your trip with Expedia.ca. We offer the best cheap deals on hotels in the City by the Bay, meaning you may leave your heart in San Francisco, but you won’t need to leave your wallet.
