The staff is super nice and helpful but the second floor has a bed bug issue specifically room 213. I would suggest getting an exterminator before putting anyone else on the second floor.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern and well-maintained, and all the necessary amenities are provided. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I really enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable throughout the entire trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great location and the rooms are very spacious and clean. 20 minute walk to Marina Green. Parking is very limited but if you have any issues, staff is very helpful and accommodating. There is a liquor store next door so it was convenient to get last minute things. Jake's Steaks is open late for late night bites across the street.

The room was very spacious for three of us. Everything was clean. Had no problem finding the area. Parking was available. Depending on your room you do hear the outdoor traffic and street walkers, but after 11 pm it quieted down.

LOVELY! I absolutely lucked out for only $130 night for a Sunday night, which is a big bargain for San Francisco. I had low expectations for that low price, especially for San Francisco, but the room was absolutely wonderful! This hotel is on busy noisy Lombard street, but I was placed in Room 108, facing away, and it was really quiet all night! Best of all? FREE PARKING! That is really hard to find in SF! PROs: -Clean, modern, spacious and elegant classy room, felt European chic! -Bathroom felt more dated, but was still clean and pleasant. -FREE PARKING -Coffee Machine -Medium sized LCD TV -Air conditioning -FREE PARKING -Safe neighborhood with dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars, and eateries in walking distance and all are real local joints. -FREE PARKING, including a secure underground lot if you'd like. CONs: -Rooms facing Lombard might be louder

Friendly staff and everything was very clean! It does get a little loud at night with the busy street below, I’d stay there again for sure but maybe pack some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
