« Nice location off the freeway. Very clean. Happy to see wood floors in the rooms. Could use an upgrade in the lobby with a nice lounge area, but they might still be remodeling. There was a loud motorcycle outside our window in the middle of the night and I’m not sure why they needed to rev their engine as long as they did, but I suppose that’s not the hotel’s fault. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. »

« Perfect stay for the price point. We needed a place that would let us have our dog with us. Their pet fees were fair and the room was clean and had nice amenities. I would only say that the room smelled a little like a smokers room. This is probably from years past as they allow no smoking in the hotel at all. Otherwise the it was a great stay. »

No flat screen TV here, but that's better than a flat screen TV with poor quality video as we experienced in many more expensive hotels. very friendly staff. one draw back none of the ice machine had any ice. Got ice from the office. We stayed here two days. No house keeping on the second day! Breakfast very basic! No complimentary coffee in the lobby; no complementary newspaper. King size bed comfortable. Bathroom shower and bath could afford to be updated »

« I loved how quiet it was. It was perfectly clean. I also so appreciate a non corporate ambiance with different art in each room. The managers are lovely and very helpful. Its a much warmer and more personal experience that most motels provide. Bed was comfy, bath water was nice and hot! Its my favorite place to stay in Chico! Plus, its not over priced. I think many of us are tired of being gouged when we need a place to stay. Their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend it!! Great...
