"This hotel is an affordable gorgeous oasis of historical re-creation of early life in Chico, CA. It’s within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Bidwell Park, and the beautiful campus of Chico State. I was in room 209 which allowed me to see my vehicle in the parking structure through my window. The room was warm because the AC struggled to keep the air cool, but I put the AC on 62 degrees with a high fan speed and it kept things comfortable most of the time."

"Bathroom was dirty, fan for Bathroom didn't work. With the room air-conditioner on, the room had an smell of mildew. It was late march and 83\* there was an indoor pool but it was closed unless you ask the right person. I wasn't that lucky. I WILL NOT COME BACK!!"
