« Room wasn't ready when we got there at 4:00 pm. We did not have towels, asked hotel staff and they just laughed it up, did not do anything about it and just kind of had the "oh well attitude". Trying to contact owner for a refund and won't answer phone. Horrible breakfast unless you like buying your breakfast at the Dollar Store. »

« I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were.
The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice.
Usually there was no one at the front desk.
I will never use this hotel again. »

« It was an OK visit. The pool and hot tub was 'out of order' for me and my 3 young grandchildren. However, the hostess was able to upgrade us to a King Suite with a jacuzzi in the room but was not the same. The room had an initial smell to it when we opened the door and I ended up sleeping on a rollaway bed which wasn't in the best shape. « We enjoyed the area — beautiful lake, gorgeous sunsets.
The townhome was clean, open, spacious, and stocked with plenty of supplies and towels. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient.
On the downside, there is no pool and no restaurant on-site. The beach area is very small, not a real sand beach, and not suitable for kids to swim. The playground is also very small. Activities are limited if you’re not golfing or boating. »
