« A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway. »

« Amazing, perfect location. We could walk to Main Street for meals, lots of great restaurants minutes away. Oneonta Outlaws play at the ballpark you can literally watch from the front yard. Gas stations and grocery store close by. Perfect for parents staying for a Cooperstown week. About 25 min drive to the Dreams Park. Clean, smelled great, older-remodeled building but great stay! »

« This unit was booked for my wife and mother while my son and I played/stayed at ASV. Upon arrival and exploration of the surrounding neighbor, my family did not feel comfortable staying in the unit and relocated to a hotel. The interior does match its VRBO description. It was clean. Communication was good. Solid chance everything would have been fine but they felt like they could sleep better elsewhere. »

« From the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out everything was perfect. We came to town as our son was playing at All-Star Village which was only an 11 mile drive away. We had campfires that were one of our favorites of the week sitting around catching up with my parents who came with us. « We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too.
