"Communication was good on the whole, albeit until check out, when the abruptness of reception person surfaced, he could not be bothered to allow us to leave luggage as he was about commence a break. Despite being 1153 am. How long does it take to open luggage store room opposite? Result 5 hours of suitcase lugging. Studio room was ok for 1..but couples might need bigger room."

"Budget hotel. Rather grim on the outside but fine inside. No reception when we arrived so used the machine to check in and pay. However, it then referred us to reception to get our code for the room. Pointless excercise. Luckily it was during the day and not the night. Room basic and bed was comfortable. Sadly no hairdryer but I suppose that comes with budget. Clean in the main but the details could have some attention I.e the sink plug had slime underneath. Breakfast was basic but...

"It is a 2 star budget hotel and you can certainly tell that by the facilities. However, it was adequate for an overnight stay. Room was clean if a little small and basic. "A great find. Slightly difficult to find.we initially stopped at the side of the hotel and could not see it. We then drove round another kilometer and it was the furst hotel we had stopped at, but there was no name sign at the side of the hotel. That needs to be improved. The room was great with views over the river. The facilities were good especially the disabled room we had. The staff were excellent and very helpful we will stay again "

"You get what you pay for with this room. Having said that we selected this room because of the price so shouldn’t complain. Check in was fully automated (keypad inside left of door) and was not to difficult. The room was very small but was able to fit our family. The room was fairly clean but there are no amenities (kettle, tea, microwave). Bathroom was fine and there were lots of towels. There is a lovely bakery and grocery store nearby and parking was easy."

"The rooms don't look like those in the pics online. They're small and cheaply furnished. We heard people above our room arguing loudly in the night. But the water gets hot, it's cheap, and very close to nice restaurants and bars."

"As ever with B&B, staff were great and breakfast excellent. This hotel's a bit tired though, and the shower in my room was blocked so flooded. The area around is a bit rough - but it's near a train station in a large town, so not unexpected, and not at all unsafe. It's just there are nicer areas. It worked for what I needed though, and you get what you pay for!"

"Travelling from UK to Italy and stopped here for the night. We arrived at 11pm and needed a code to access the secure parking and hotel itself. Go to your expedia itinerary for this, not your email. Easy to access the car park and room once you have it. No staff were present. Our family room was clean and comfortable and just what we needed for one night before hitting the road again. Shower was great too. Didn't try the breakfast but looked like the typical continental style. Aldi and a bakery...
