The staff here were excellent and very friendly. Currently in the process of putting air-con in the hotel but a large fan provided in the room. A lot of dust in the room, but I guess you get what you pay for, overall for the money it was definitely worth it.

Perfect location for anyone staying in Lille. Everything is in walking distance and it’s a one minute walk to Eurostar.

Stayedv one night Tue 6 May and arrived about 9pm. The man on teception was courteous and welcoming - sorry i didnt catch his name. Room was clean and had everything needed for one night. Right next to both stations so good location. I would stay here again.

Very convenient for rail stations. Room was fine, but aircon not working. Kettle but only one teabag. Opening window for air brought loud traffic noise. Our onward train cancelled so we lost one prepaid night in Lyon and had to book a further night here - that room was better, but hugely expensive.

Welcoming staff, room was small but comfortable, bed was really comfortable. Shower stuck in lowest position but water was hot. Skirting hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was good
