4/10 Poor

"The hotel requires a $50 hold on a credit or debit card for use of chargeable services. This was not disclosed in the ad. The staff was argumentative during check in. There was a complimentary breakfast included in the ad. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged waffles (with no syrup available), muffins, yogurt, juice, and really disgusting coffee. The air in the non-smoking room was dank with mold and mildew. It was obvious the air conditioner was the source. The carpet was in need of replacement due to mildew, as well. The mattress was lumpy and quite uncomfortable for people with back issues. Overall, it was just a high dollar flop house. We might have been more comfortable staying at the Salvation Army shelter. But, live and learn, right? NEVER would I recommend this hotel to anyone as a quality place to stay! It felt unsafe. And was very deceptive in the way it was portrayed in the ad. And we will never stay at this hotel again!"

"This is not a good place to stay the rooms are dirty. I found mold in the shower, bugs come in under the door. The room smelled so bad I had to spray Lysol before entering . I was disappointed with the service I received."
